Each package includes:

  • Our lowest hourly rates.
  • 5, 10, 15 or 20 hours per month or per week.
  • Tasks will be completed one at a time, within 48 hours*.
  • Prompt email support.
  • Unused time will be rolled over for recurring subscriptions.
  • Extra 1-hour credits can be purchased for $60 each.
  • Edit, pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at anytime.
  • Valid for one store.

Terms of Service

Support packages are valid from the date of purchase for a full calendar month. Subscription periods cannot be paused for any reason, such as unavailability, lack of tasks, technical issues, mistakes, etc. You can cancel the subscription any time.

Upon cancellation, your subscription will become inactive after the last day of your current subscription period. No prorated refunds will be offered for subscription cancellations for any subscription offer.

Extra task credits must be purchased before a current subscription period ends.

Unused task credits will be rolled over to the following month if the subscription is recurring. Unused task credits will not be rolled over following an expiring one-time purchase.

*48 hours turnaround time is approximate and starts on the next business day after receiving your task instructions, or approval of an earlier task.

For best results, please provide clear instructions with all necessary mock-ups, screenshots, examples, and/or assets.

All critical communication related to Shopify support packages will be by email. Cooee Commerce will not be held responsible for any miscommunication resulting from instant messaging or voice calls.

Refund Policy

Our refund policy lasts 7 days**

**If 7 days have passed by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

Due to the nature of our services, we can only offer full refunds for services that haven't commenced, or partial refunds for services that have been partially completed at the time of cancellation.

We cannot offer refunds for services that have been completed at the time of cancellation.

When you need support trust in Cooee
