The number of task bundles that can be completed during a subscription period depends on the initial submission quality, scope of work, and ease of communication. For best results, please provide clear instructions with all necessary mock-ups, examples and/or assets.
All critical communication related to Shopify support packages will be via email. Cooee Commerce will not be held responsible for any miscommunication resulting from instant messaging or voice calls.
Support packages are valid from the date of purchase for a full calendar month or quarter. Subscription periods cannot be paused for any reason, such as unavailability, lack of tasks, technical issues, mistakes, etc. You can cancel the subscription any time.
Upon cancellation, your subscription will become inactive after the last day of your current subscription period. No prorated refunds will be offered for subscription cancellations for any subscription offer.
