Refund policy
Our refund policy lasts 7 days.
If 7 days have passed by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
Due to the nature of our services, we can only offer full refunds for services that haven't commenced, or partial refunds for services that have been partially completed at the time of cancellation.
We cannot offer refunds for services that have been completed at the time of cancellation.
We cannot offer a refund for a Shopify development store that has already been transferred to you.
Subscription plans
You will be eligible for a refund if all the following conditions are true:
- The service is not what you expected after working with us.
- You are within the first 7 days of your plan.
- You have had no more than 2 tasks completed.
Unfortunately, no full or partial refunds can be processed for cancellation requests submitted more than 7 days after subscription.
Upon cancellation, your subscription will become inactive after the last day of your current subscription period. No prorated refunds will be offered for subscription cancellations for any subscription offer.
Sale/Discounted services
Only regular priced services may be refunded, unfortunately sale or discounted services cannot be refunded.
Expiry of inactive projects
If your project has been inactive for more than 6 months, without any contact or response to our messages during this period, your project will be marked as fulfilled, and considered to be completed.
If you want to reactivate your project after 6 months of inactivity, please send a request to admin@cooeecommerce.com. Your reactivation request will be considered on a per project basis, and may be subject to additional charges.
To claim a refund
Please send an email to admin@cooeecommerce.com clearly explaining which service(s) you wish to cancel, along with your receipt or proof of purchase.
Upon receiving your email, we will notify you of the completion status of the cancelled service, and the value of your refund relative to the completion status. Our decision regarding the value of your refund is final and not open to negotiation.
Your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
