TOS1 - Budget, Premium, Makeover

Any tasks that are beyond the scope of work outlined in the description will be quoted and invoiced separately. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Changes to the theme layout requiring customised templates
• Changes to the theme styling requiring custom coding
• Additional functionality or features not included in the selected theme
• Installing and configuring apps

All content (text & images) will be uploaded to your store as provided, with the exception of featured images which will be resized and recropped as required.

Additional rounds of revisions in excess of those included in the theme setup package will be an extra charge and invoiced separately, subject to your approval.

Any changes from the agreed Shopify theme after the theme has been set up will result in an additional setup fee of no more than 75% of the initial cost. 

All critical communication related to the Shopify store setup services will be via email or asynchronous video. Additional live calls can be booked here. Cooee Commerce is not responsible for any miscommunication resulting from instant messaging or live calls.
