TOS2 - Monthly support
Support packages are valid from the date of purchase for a full calendar month. Subscription periods cannot be paused for any reason, such as unavailability, lack of tasks, technical issues, mistakes, etc. You can cancel the subscription any time.
Upon cancellation, your subscription will become inactive after the last day of your current subscription period. No prorated refunds will be offered for subscription cancellations for any subscription offer.
Extra task credits must be purchased before a current subscription period ends.
Unused task credits will be rolled over to the following month if the subscription is recurring. Unused task credits will not be rolled over following an expiring one-time purchase.
*48 hours turnaround time is approximate and starts on the next business day after receiving your task instructions, or approval of an earlier task.
For best results, please provide clear instructions with all necessary mock-ups, screenshots, examples, and/or assets.
