TOS2 - Monthly support

Support packages are valid from the date of purchase for a full calendar month. Subscriptions can be edited, paused, skipped, or cancelled at any time.

Upon cancellation, your subscription will become inactive after the last day of your current subscription period. No prorated refunds will be offered for subscription cancellations for any subscription offer.

Additional time credits can be purchased on request before a current subscription period ends.

Unused time credits will be rolled over to the following month if the subscription is renewed. Unused time credits will not be rolled over if the subscription is cancelled.

*48 hours turnaround time is approximate and starts on the next business day after receiving your task instructions, or approval of an earlier task.

For best results, please provide clear instructions with all necessary mock-ups, screenshots, examples, and/or assets.

All critical communication related to Shopify monthly support packages will be by email or asynchronous video. Live calls can be booked on request and will contribute to the monthly time quota. Cooee Commerce is not responsible for any miscommunication resulting from instant messaging or voice calls.
