- Selection of a Shopify premium theme, or theme of your choice.
- Theme customization using your brand’s logo, colors, fonts, images, etc.

- Home page setup.
- Homepage slideshow with up to 5 featured images.
- Up to 5 Collection pages (product categories).
- Up to 5 Information pages (e.g. About Us, FAQs, Contact, Store Policies).
- On-site blog functionality.
- Up to 1 hour of custom coding for minor theme customizations.
- Social media integration.
- Store checkout customization.
- Store settings: Store details, Checkout & accounts, Shipping & delivery, Locations, Notifications, Policies
- Custom domain connection
- 15 minute live briefing voice call, on request.
- Up to 2 rounds of revisions.
- 14 days of support via email including custom explainer videos and screenshots.
This service does NOT include:
- The cost of the premium Shopify theme. You can buy the theme license later from your Shopify account. Shopify's premium themes typically cost $180 to $360 USD.
Timing: 10-14 days
After sale, you will receive an email describing the data and files you must send to complete your order.
*If product data is not supplied in a spreadsheet, only 10 products can be added.

Terms of service
Terms of service
Any tasks that are beyond the scope of work outlined in the description will be quoted and invoiced separately. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Changes to the theme layout requiring customised templates
- Changes to the theme styling requiring custom coding
- Additional functionality or features not included in the selected theme
- Installing and configuring apps
All content (text & images) will be uploaded to your store as provided, with the exception of featured images which will be resized and recropped as required.
Additional rounds of revisions in excess of those included in the theme setup package will be an extra charge and invoiced separately, subject to your approval.
Any changes from the agreed Shopify theme after the theme has been set up will result in an additional setup fee of no more than 75% of the initial cost.
All critical communication related to the Shopify store setup services will be via email or asynchronous video. Additional live calls can be booked here. Cooee Commerce is not responsible for any miscommunication resulting from instant messaging or live calls.

Our refund policy lasts 7 days**
**If 7 days have passed by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
Due to the nature of our services, we can only offer full refunds for services that haven't commenced, or partial refunds for services that have been partially completed at the time of cancellation.
We cannot offer refunds for services that have been completed at the time of cancellation.
We cannot offer a refund for a Shopify development store that has already been transferred to you.

Launching an online store can be an overwhelming task for anyone who's never done it before, even on a user-friendly platform like Shopify.
We’ve streamlined the process to make it as easy as possible for you.
After purchasing this service, you’ll receive an email from us with a checklist of the data we require from you to start setting up your store.
We can also schedule a call if you wish to discuss your store requirements in more detail.
Then you’ll receive a shortlist of our recommended Shopify themes to choose from, based on your store requirements.
When we’ve received all your data, we’ll begin our 26-step Shopify store setup and customisation process.
You’ll receive a notification from us when your store is ready, usually within 10-14 days.
We’ll also provide support for an additional 14 days to help you familiarise yourself with your new Shopify store, and to add any final touches to the store setup.
And of course we’ll continue to be available to answer questions and provide additional services, should you require more help with your store in future.
