TOS3 - Custom tasks
After receiving your order, Cooee Commerce will advise if your described task is achievable within the task size purchased. If not, Cooee Commerce will advise you which task is required, and give you the option of changing your order to the recommended task size, or refunding your order before any work has begun.
*Turnaround time is approximate and starts on the next business day after receiving your task instructions, or approval of an earlier task.
For best results, please provide clear instructions with all necessary mock-ups, screenshots, examples, and/or assets.
All critical communication related to Shopify custom tasks will be by email or asynchronous video. Additional live calls can be booked here. Cooee Commerce is not responsible for any miscommunication resulting from instant messaging or live calls.
